Overview
Section1 of this YCJA online course introduced you to the law that responds to youth crime in Canada and Section 2 examined the legal rights of youth who have been stopped or arrested by the police as well as their rights if detained in custody. This section covers the use of extrajudicial measures for youth who have broken the law.
